From Darkness to LightThat's what I describe this series as... from darkness to light. I am humbled by the reviews left by readers and wanted to touch on Praise for A Blind Curve as readers share their transformative experiences. "The characters are complex, developed and creative. They are raw and intense at times." "This is a new to me author but my gah this book was good. It was a very fast paced MM book and it has my attention from the first page to the last. I really enjoyed this one." "You’ll enjoy the series if you like stories with characters coming to terms with their sexuality and learning to navigate new relationships." "This is a short, engaging story with well developed characters. This book is realistic yet keeps you turning the pages. The characters are relatable making for an easy read. I was able to picture myself in the characters world and I look forward to reading more from this author." "This very quick story explores themes of acceptance, understanding, and compassion for others, as well as learning to accept oneself. It emphasizes the importance of recognizing one's self-worth for who you are and what you represent." "This book proves to me the heart wants who the heart wants. I recommend this book if you have an open mind." "I enjoyed how the author is able to pull me into the story from the start with details that make the story realistic." I really enjoyed the feedback, comments, constructive criticism, and the praise, insight and enjoyment of everyone. There is one thing I want to discuss. The power of words. I AGONIZE for every word. When I back space, in my head, I am killing a word. Sometimes, when I make a mistake, I will not back space, but cursor over to the place I want to edit--if I can. I'm not afraid of killing words, I just have a certain reverence for them. I will give a little prayer for each one destroyed and written over. You might find it extreme. You might find it silly. It's just a word or a letter or a punctuation. They don't have feelings. I'm about to digress and tell you to watch this research on words spoken to water. If you already heard of it, check out this video: If you have no idea what I'm talking about, watch this video to get acquainted with the idea of words effect on water crystals: |
Welcome to The Enclave Thanks for taking a look at my little hodgepodge of a blog. The format and subjects of my blog has changed through the years as it's my log of S.N.McKibben's writing journey. You've now been sufficiently forewarned, happy reading! Categories
