Snow Blood Comic Hiatus
A Hard Decision
Back in January I was so proud to announce the Snow Blood Comic release! Through the months, Ana and I have learned so much!
It's been a hard decision, but circumstances beyond my control have made it crushingly difficult to keep producing the Snow Blood Comic. It takes some time, more than a few months to gain a following. While I had planned funding this comic for a year I've found it challenging working as a marketing/revisions editor, running an audiobook division for a hybrid publisher, writing/publishing my own books, and doing the comic is a tough combination.
In light of these things, I am suspending the Snow Blood comic until September 2022 and from there will see how things are going with other projects to restart this one. A major issue against this project is money.
I was hoping to sustain the comic until we got a following on Patreon. I'd planned on a year to get the comic going and have many panels for readers to get interest in the story, but I'm just not able to do it and publish. So I had to make a choice. Comic or publishing. Since I love publishing, and I have several manuscripts waiting, I choose books.
This does not mean I'm abandoning the Snow Blood Comic project. It's one of those dream come true type of things. Therefore, I'm going to return in September to see if continuing is feasible. I will at some point configure the webtoon into four panels for each episode.
Until then... I am putting what we have in monthly panels of 4 So everyone can have a little something until September so that we can continue on in September. I'm starting the comic over in this post and will go forward in the future. Enjoy!
Thank you for enjoying Snow Blood!
